We can offer two different insect cell lines for the optimal production
of recombinant protein in serum-free cell culture. We have
the facilities for scale-up to produce 10 litres of your recombinant
protein per week or can refer projects to our partners, ECACC, for larger scale
production.
OET has pioneered research to improve the secretion of recombinant
proteins from baculovirus-infected insect cells. We offer
a unique service to make a recombinant virus that may greatly
improve the yield of secreted or membrane targeted proteins
compared to conventional baculovirus vectors.
