We offer short intensive baculovirus expression training courses
and individually tailored training in baculovirus expression
technology.
These courses are a mix of theory and practice, covering all aspects of baculovirus expression techniques
from cell culture, co-transfection, plaque assays and optimisation to protein expression, automation
and new technologies.
Participants will be provided with a comprehensive protocol booklet, together
with materials so that the baculovirus system can be set up
in the participants own laboratory.
Customised to individual requirements, baculovirus training covers all
practical aspects of using the baculovirus expression system

- insect cell culture

- virus amplification and purification
